Copyright and Use

Copyright in the material on this website is the property of IP Job Shed. You agree that information contained on this site is for personal use only and may not be sold, redistributed or used for any commercial purpose. You may view and download information on the Web Site solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy or modify any code from the Web Site, or use the Web Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. Advertiser Postings

Advertisements or any other content posted by any party that may appear on the Web Site are the responsibility of that party and that party is responsible for the contents of the advertisement and the consequences of their posting. By using the Web Site the party agrees not to post material that is copyrighted unless it is the copyright owner or has permission from the copyright owner to post it.

IP Job Shed will not be held responsible for any advertisements containing material that is obscene, offensive, defamatory, harassing or which may cause offence or anxiety to another user or person or entity. Any such material is the sole responsibility of the advertising party.

IP Job Shed reserves the right to withdraw any submitted material in the form of an advertisement or any other content at its own discretion.

IP Job Shed reserves the right to charge any party whose advertisements are displayed on the Web Site. The charges are subject to the sums quoted at the time at which the agreement is entered into.

Any party entering into an agreement with IP Job Shed for the display of advertisements on the Web Site agrees to pay the quoted price for this display. Full payment must be received within 14 calendar days of the first display of the advertisement or IP Job Shed reserves the right to stop displaying the advertisement until such time as payment is received. After expiry of the period of display for which the payment is valid, IP Job Shed may, at its own discretion, terminate display of the advertisement but it does not guarantee the display will be terminated.

No refund is due should advertisements not be viewable due to errors in the running of the Web Site or its Web Hosting Company.

IP Job Shed's Liability

The Web Site acts as a notice board for employers to post job opportunities and does not endorse or recommend any of the jobs or opportunities advertised on the site. IP Job Shed strongly recommends that before entering into any agreement with any of the advertisers on the Web Site you seek your own independent advice.

In no event will IP Job Shed be liable to you for any decision or action taken by you as a result of any information contained or omitted from the Web Site. IP Job Shed does not warrant that the Web Site will operate uninterrupted and error-free or that the Web Site and its server are completely free of computer viruses or other harmful mechanisms. No warranty is provided that any defects in the service will be corrected.

Job Availability

IP Job Shed makes no guarantees that all jobs posted on the Web Site will be vacant for the length of time they appear on the Web Site, or that every advertisement is representative of an actual job vacancy.

IP Job Shed takes no responsibility for the content of linked third-party websites and does not make any representations regarding the accuracy or security of such third-party websites. If you decide to access third-party websites you do so at your own risk.

Privacy Statement

In some areas of the Web Site, we request those parties seeking to advertise on the Web Site provide contact information, including name and e-mail address. An example of an area on the Web Site where we collect contact data is the Post A Job Form page.

We may use the contact information to contact you regarding posting a job advertisement on the Web Site or other activities related to delivering the services we offer. We may use your contact information in order to send you e-mail or other communications regarding updates of the Web Site, to contact you about your opinion of current products and services or potential new products and services that may be offered. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of New Zealand. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under this agreement shall lie exclusively with the New Zealand Courts.

No changes to these Terms and Conditions shall be made except by a revised posting on this page.
