IP/IT Lawyer
Melbourne - Mahlab Recruitment Pty Ltd - Full time
Our boutique commercial law firm client is seeking a lawyer with 3-5 years IP/IT experience to join its busy team.
Working closely with four senior lawyers you will gain exposure to a broad variety of work on behalf of government departments, research institutes and hospitals - to name a few. Your work will involve intellectual property, commercialisation, drafting & advising on commercial contracts (research & development, IP licensing, trade marks, technology transfer agreements), trademarks, copyright, patents, IT, software, development, licensing, collaboration). Experience working on GITC's would be useful.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with easy going senior practitioners and learn as much as you can. The firm is on the government panel and has an ongoing supply of work. This is a chance to work closely with clients and do your own business development. This role will not involve any litigation.
